Dr. J is absolutely amazing! He has many years of experience, and he genuinely cares about you and your health. He listens carefully to your concerns and diagnoses properly and investigates and researches to find anwsers. If you're waiting for months to get in to the doctor and then when you're finally there only seeing your doctor for 10 minutes (tops!), go see Dr. J. It has been a great and positive experience. Dr. Nelson is an extraordinary Civil Surgeon. He is so professional, kind, patience, with a lot of experience, and he is bilingual (Spanish). I never write reviews, but I am so impressed that this clinic is actually geared towards, me, the patient, and my well-being. I am a fan! Dr. Jared Nelson is an excellent doctor - the kind you always hope you'll have - and has literally given me hope (when hope was lost) for a normal, functioning hand through his personal attention, expertise, and connections in the community. I broke my wrist and for 7 months had numerous other medical professionals fail me at great expense even though I have insurance. I'm so grateful Dr. Nelson took the time needed to diagnose the complex issues & get me healing. He has been compassionate, thorough, insightful, extremely responsive and is a great communicator. I am now on the road to full recovery, my pain has been lessened considerably, and he has been an amazing advocate. Thank you for your excellence and for caring to help me. I can't give enough praise to this proactive, personalized, affordable clinic and to Dr. Nelson for being just a really good human being. This is what health care should look like. Cannot recommend Dr. Nelson and Dr. Spenser enough! I came in for my I-693 immigration medical exam and they handled the entire process insanely quickly and professionally - I had my completed papers in about a week. The service was amazing, the price was fair, and they took the time to actually chat and make the whole thing feel AMAZING! They even have this cute world map where patients leave a pin to mark where they're from - I added mine and loved it haha. Genuinely a great experience start to finish. Thank you both!
